These products are offered at a discounted price because you "the client" are taking on part of the project. Order & Design Online has limited products available. This feature is designed to be a do-it-yourself design tool. Please contact us if you need help on the functionality of the product, not with layout/design elements. FAQ's
How will I receive my job?:
Every order placed through Order & Design Online will be shipped direct to you via UPS.
How do I check on the status of my order?:
Click on "Additional Tools" > Job Status. There you will find information about where your job is in production. (Prepress, Plated, On-Press, Cutting/Bindery, or Delivered.)
Rush Orders:
All orders placed for rush service must be placed by 9:00am Monday through Friday. You must call in to inform us of the order. Saturdays & Sundays we are closed. Rush service is based off a Monday through Friday work week.
How do I design?:
Choose the product you want to design from the box labeled "Choose your Product". Use the tool bar on the left to for the following functions to type text, place a logo/picture or to choose different graphics for a background choice. The slider on the left will magnify your design, (this will not make your product larger or smaller). At the top of the tool bar you'll find a front & back button for choosing which side to work with. For additional instructions click the "help" button on the top right.
How do I save my work?:
Click the Disk Icon on the tool bar and enter the name of the project. To save a project you must be logged in. You can login at the top right corner where it saws "Login". Enter all of the required information. When you come back to finish click on the Open Folder icon to retrieve your work.
How long will it take before I get my order?:
Please allow 5-7 business days for printing and delivery. Rush Orders: Anywhere from 24 to 48 hours from order placement. Calling to inform us that you placed your order will help process orders quicker.
What if I have a typo?:
Lone Star Press is not responsible for any Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Finished Product Size. We DO NOT make any changes on customer files.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Lone Star Press is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color modes.
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Lone Star Press is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING
Lone Star Press is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Lone Star Press is not liable for the final color appearance of UV products.
